Welcome to Southeast Animal Hospital and thank you for giving us the opportunity to care for your pet. We look forward to working with you in maintaining your pet’s health. Please follow the link below to set up a new account and schedule an appointment with us. Once you have created an account and made an appointment request we will contact you within 1-2 business days. If you have any questions throughout the process you can give us a call 845-762-3510.

For all new clients we need to have your pets medical records submitted to us via email, 3 days before your first appointment. Please email the records to: southeastanimalhospital@gmail.com

***Payment is due at the time of service. We do not offer payment plans but you can apply for CareCredit or Scratchpay and use either of those for payment in additional we accept cash, all major credit cards and debit cards.We do not accept checks.

***If you arrive late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another day.

***We require 24-48 hours to process medication refill requests.We will send you a text message when it’s ready for pickup. Please make sure we have a phone number that allows text messaging.

***For all email communications please allow us 24 – 48 hours for a response. Our email is not monitored outside of business hours.

***If you are unable to make it to a booked appointment please call or email us to cancel. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us, you will be asked to leave a prepayment of $85.00 to re-book an appointment.
